FS Carter 250mm San Mai Gyuto w Fish handle and saya

One of a kind Carter up for sale. I believe the handle is Koa and so is the matching saya, both of which were made by Fish. Measures 250mm on the edge. This knife has an excellent grind and is definitely in the laser category. Asking $800 shipped conus.

    Stunning knife.

Yes, the handle and saya was made by Fish. That saya got me inspired to try my hand at making some and if you look closely, you see the resemblance.

I'm saving these pictures. It's kinda like being a street performer with a keyboard and having Billy Joel sing a song at the bar across the street.
