Hey guys I hate to sell this one but I think its time for us to part. Up for sale is my 210mm blue steel Tanaka gyuto with a custom handle and saya made by me.
Handle is made of rosewood and is incredibly comfortable. Saya is a custom friction fit, and has a gloss/lacquer coating.
Spine and choil are rounded, and I thinned it out a bit.
Great knife that has served me well for the few months I've had it. Purchased it as a hobby knife and put lots of TLC put into it. Only sharpened maybe 4-5 times. Gonna miss this one.
