I am considering one of his latest batch and just wondering what the opinions are, particularly his grind and heat treat.
I've hands on experience with a tanaka r2 that blew me away in thinness behind the edge and retention. Can I expect similar? The only seed of doubt I have is that I own a itou utility knife and I wouldn't say the edge retention was too great. Comparing oranges with apples I know buy hey!
