240 mm Konosuke Fujiyama White #1 Gyuto custom handle for sale!

Hi guys!! Sorry I haven't been around much lately. Been learning a new job, and spread a little thin. That should all change soon.

This knife is one I have been holding onto for quite a while. It is new, never used, never sharpened, has original factory edge. I was going to keep it for my self, but as you can guess I have a few knives

I did the handle for this one. It is Australian Ringed Gidgee, a beautiful dense wood. Spacer is green mammoth tooth, sandwiched between thin white G10.

Balance point is just in front of the ferrule.

As this is new, with a custom handle, I am asking $450 plus shipping on this one.

    Thanks for looking...

Great knife, beautiful handle--can't believe someone hasn't snatched this up yet! (If I didn't have the Blue #2 version, I'd be sorely tempted.) GLWS!

I feel even BST has been a little odd as of late. If I didn't already have a Kono 240 Fujiyama I'd have jumped on this duo quick!

The knife has arrived and gone into use. Wonderful handle, perfectly installed. The knife itself is very thin at the tip and responded very well to a first sharpening. I will report more after some use. Thanks, Pierre
