    Foster Bros Cleaver #9

Found a old Foster Bros Cleaver #9 at an estate sale in Dundee, Il.. It was in the barn.. I would like a person with knife knowledge of Foster Cleaver help me date this find.. On the flat of the blade are the markings: Trade, then under that the Foster Bros arrow then under that the word mark.. Large stamp 9.. At the shoulder (where the blade meets the handle) is the problem for me.. On this blade is stamped manufactured by Foster Bros.. Handle has two rivets and the wood slides into a sleeve at the shoulder..At the butt of the handle the extra metal is bent around to come flat to the handle butt.. First time to this web site.. Hope someone can help me out.. Thanks Bruce
