I'm looking to fill 2 positions in my kitchen. My restaurant is Bistro Blanc and we are located in Howard County, Maryland.
The best way to describe our place is casual fine dining with an endless amount of wine. We are surrounded by farms, so when it's in season it's on our menu. We thrive on classic technique and cuisine, but also utilize and intertwine a lot of modern methods. A bit of old school meets new. Hours of operation are 7 nights a week and brunch Friday through Sunday.


This is a great place to learn, as we are primarily a "from scratch kitchen". All I ask is that you have creativity, respect and passion for all things food. Experience is a plus, but not necessary, as we are always learning new ways to create fun, interesting foods. I can teach you how to cook, but I can not teach you how to "want" to cook.
