I was in new York last weekend and before I went I made up a couple of knives. I knew that the guy that first inspired me to make kitchen knives was going to be there and I wanted to have something to show.
So I have a bold patterned Damascus 210mm gyuto with blackwood and ironwood, and a 150mm petty in O-1 with box elder and redwood. Both are available, the 210mm for $650 and the petty for $225. Prices include shipping. Please contact me if you are interested.
Thanks,
Del

I would love to own a Del Parer that I have heard nothing but rave reviews about...What does that petty look like?

That was a smooth move, posting everything but the pics. Here you go.

aghh that Petty is a little bit to big for me looking for something more along the lines of a parer or a small petty know what I mean?

When will some greatly reviewed parers be available

I'll take the petty if available...

Sending PM now...

Nice. Got to get back in the queue for 210 one of these days.

Beautiful knives Del, I feel lucky to have two of yours in my arsenal. Everyone always asks who and what...super sweet man.
