Hey all!
I've been using knives in professional kitchens for 8 years now .
But I'm only just becoming creepily obsessed with them
I've spent far too much money on new knives and sharpening gear....
I feel it's time I joined these forums, Where there are others much much more obsessed than me.
With greater knowledge .... That I can steal... I mean uhh gain .
