what you guys got for me?

looking for a set of ten. Max price $50 per. Functional, easy to maintain, look nice, but not too flashy.

Could go a lot of ways. I've always thought about the following:

Tojiro DP petty knives: less than $50 per, easy to sharpen, not chippy
Misono fruit knife or a more generic cheap japanese fruit knife: cheap at around 10-25 per, cool little wood sayas
Sabatier 4" paring: less than $50, slightly more classic and with a range of wood handles
Opinel paring: 10 per, beechwood handles, classic, carbon

I like the concept of serving your steaks on a wooden plate with hankotsu knives. If you were going for the setup, which hankotsu you would get without ocmpletely destroying your budget?
