    Forged Santoku available.

    Not sure how many folks use these, but wanted to make it. I have been away for a while, due to a few injuries and some family health emergencies, but i have been able to get a few knives done lately, and this is the first available ine in a while.
    speca are
    1095 at roughly 62
    196mm on edge,43 mm at the heel.
    Handle is blackwood and cocobolo
    handle specs
    133mm long 19/24mm at the ferrule, 23/28mm at the butt.
    The handle is not glued on yet in case someine wants it modified.
    Price is $375 plus shipping.

    Wonderful knife. I love the longer, lower blade. Wish i could afford it and i would have snapped it up like that!
