For sale is a Suisin Inox honyaki 240 gyuto with a custom Stefan Keller handle. Handle is one of the prettiest one's I've ever laid eyes upon. Suisin's inox stainless is one of my favorite to sharpen and I've loved ever knife I've handled from this line. I bought it from the following sale: (scroll down toward the bottom of page 1)

I used it sparingly (20 minutes or so) and sad as it is, I realize I'm a 270 person through and through now. Looking to get what I paid, $375 shipped conus. Never came to me with a saya, probably went into the nether where all saya pins go. Also, for those interested in the handle materials, I ended up tracking down the original thread here:

So as it states, Stabilized tulip wood, honey buffalo horn spacer, black buffalo horn ferrule. I'll probably try to commission a handle duplicate one day like this but for now it goes to a new home.
I can take new pics if you'd like but it looks as it does when I got it. Thanks all!
