Ok, while doing the other one, i actually had fun abusing myself doing it, so i decided to make an actual heavy duty cleaver. I think it is a little smaller than the norm, hence the mini
Blade is 1095 at right around 59-60 rc. It is 146mm long on edge, 56.2mm tall at the heel, 59.5mm tall at the tip. It averages 5.3mm thick, with very little variation. Handle is stabilized redwood burl, african blackwood ferrule and buttcap with musk ox spacers. Handle is 119mm long, and is roughly 27.6mm tall and 24.2mm thick. As the handle is rounded, there is not an easy way to get accurate measurements lol. Overall weight is 355 grams. I rounded the choil area since these pics were taken, so it is shiny also.
Price is $450 shipped conus, international to pay actual.
