    FS: 265mm Michael Rader Gyuto

Up for sale is my 265mm Rader gyuto in 52100. The handle is curly maple with a koa endcap. This is an awesome knife, Michael really worked with me on this and he went thinner at the spine, and behind the edge than he normally does. Its a really great cutter, and a unique piece. Since everyone will wonder why i am selling it, i figured i would get it out of the way. I moved to NYC for a job 4 months ago, and this knife hasn't come out of the bag once. I work at a very busy restaurant and its pretty cramped so i don't really have room for a knife this big and i don't trust all of these people being around it. So basically i cant justify having a $1400 knife sitting in my bag for months and months. The knife has a nice blue patina from cutting steaks at home. It is in almost brand new condition, has seen slight home use and no pro use. Asking $1150 shipped CONUS.

Yup...my dream gyuto. Just 25-40mm too long for this guy. Absolutely perfect, aside from that....
