    they are no lasers, but i dont see any disadvantage in the spine sickness. one of the best sujis that ive used. quite reactive steel, but i use it on proteins only anyway.

    Sujihiki. You might be able to get away with calling it a wharncliff. If someone else knows the actual name for this blade shape I would love to know it also.

    i think this would have been the perfect line knife for me, and an amazing deal . i'm going to have to keep my lap top on the line at work, and on auto refresh
