    Really nice looking knife Randy. I'm going to sit out teh gyuto run, can't wait for the slicer run

    I thought I posted a image of the heel shot here? Must of got lost in Cyber space???

    OK So here is a photo My grind on the left and the L&G grind on the right. Yep. These are gona be good cutters! Im very pleased!!

    Rest assured all of these choils will be rounded/softened

    while the forum knife is going to be carbon, and (hopefully) around the 200 mark, I'm not sure which represent a better value. Both are pretty sweet, but I've never seen a knife done by you for anywhere near that price. Cool stuff

    I love Rosewood NS Figured you ALL might like to see the quality of the wood I selected for this project!

    These are going to be absolutely gorgeous knives..
