    F/S Hattori FH-13 270 mm sujihiki

    This is one of the Forum knives, designed by members of Knife Forums, and crafted by Hattori to that design. Black linen micarta scales, VG-10 monosteel blade. In like new condition, with original box. No dings, no scuffs. Used in a home environment.

    $185 includes insured shipping to a US address and PayPal fees.

    I like the handle for a western, it seems to have a big belly, is it a rock chopping sujihiki experiment?

    The belly/tip placement is to increase useable edge length.

    I had the 210 gyuto from this line and I have to agree- best VG10 I've worked with by far.

    I have a 240 gyuto from this line. My most used house knife still. Love the handle on these.
