Video Dyed & Stabilized Hawaiian Silky Oak

I did a short video in the hopes of giving you a better idea of what the dyed Silky Oak looks like in person.
These are quarter sawn blocks of Silky Oak from Hawaii that were dyed and stabilized by K&G.
This link will take you to the web store. There you will find these and some other unusual dyed & stabilized blocks.

Good marketing Mark - much easier to appreciate these, thanks - the color change as you move is quite something.

Many times there are pieces that do not look nearly as good in a photo as they would in person.
So sometimes I will try to show what the wood is like with a video.
Now I need to work on better filming and not rambling on so much.

    Yes it is.
A lot of the trees in Hawaii came from Australia.

My piece of silky oak is some much nicer than the Ozzy stuff I've gotten in the past. It pops!
