I had been planning on buying a ho-wood handle from EE, for my 270mm Yamawaku yanagi, but then I realized that there are an awful lot of handle makers here who may have original handles sitting around in a junk drawer or trash bin. I'd be happy to pay shipping, if anybody would be willing.
 
Ive been keeping an eye out for the same thing here and on the bay. I asked Edipis and he said its cool if I post in this thread. I want a couple throwaway WA handles to practice with on my YO handled knives at home. I have this dream of grinding down the tangs and putting WA handles on them. So if anything, Ill pay shipping or what not? Thank you!
