wtb: sabatier nogent parer

Hey guys, I have an upcoming competition and I need to flute some mushrooms. All my japanese pettys are just a tad bit too big for my fluting style. SO, I'm looking to purchase a sabatier nogent parer, or I'm open to some other suggestions from you garde manger masters out there. Budget is reasonable.
