Ok I just was thinking while I was eating cheese and crackers is there some kind of good cheese knife b/c cutting cheese is a real pain in the you know what!
 
IMO, it is better to cut cheese with a wire than a knife. I'm curious to see some recommendations, though! The cheese knife from Mac is so comical looking, I was thinking of picking it up, just for kicks:

I generally use my Zakuri yanagi 210. It does a great job. For harder cheeses I generally use a small Zakuri sabaki.
