Just wanted to say hi to everyone. Been lurking for a bit and decided to join in on the fun. I'm very new to the deep world of knives, but it has really been a fun and exciting journey.
Oh yeah... I forgot to mention I'm only two knives in so far. I bought a Mac Pro 8.5" Chefs knife a little bit ago and I got a great deal on a Wusthof 8" deli knife.
