Its my birthday, happy birthday!

Hence I'm in the market for a new Gyuto (from the wife ofc.)

LOCATION
Sweden Gothenburg

KNIFE TYPE

Gyuto 240 or taller but not by much, righthanded and I would prefer wa handle.
Carbon would be nice i can baby. Im looking to spend not more than $450

KNIFE USE
I'm a home chef so no pro use.
slicing vegetables, chopping vegetables, mincing vegetables, slicing meats, cutting down poultry, the usual stuff no bones etc.
Im not really replacing more adding.
I'm a push cutting pinchgripper.

What improvements do you want from your current knife?
Im not sure about this say for instance there could be a beautiful gyuto honyaki with custom handle for sale but the maker is unknown. It's a laser type. Also at the same there is a well known highly liked gyuto with less bling to it but would most likely be a sure thing. Both these would be nice but choosing very difficult. Other options ofc most welcome.

KNIFE MAINTENANCE
Endgrain oak Cutting board
I sharpen with whetstone 1000/6000. In the future I'm getting more stones, bester 800 or something more for bevel repair.

SPECIAL REQUESTS/COMMENTS

Would be nice if its not to long waiting time i would prefer to have it in Sweden by Christmas =)

Happy Birthday! Have a look at JCK, Japanesechefsknife.com for their flat shipping rate and a few other reasons.

How about a yoshiaki Kato 240 any reason why i should not snatch one?
