WTT or WTB 240 Gyuto starter J knife

I have a line cook who is moving up in the world. He is taking a sous position at a different restaurant in the company. I would like to send him off with a halfway decent knife. Currently he is using a kitchen-aid santoku. It has to stop now.

I am looking for a 240 gyuto, probably carbon, priced at $100 or less. It won't take much to blow him away. If anybody has an older sab or forgecraft in reay to use condition that would be cool. Open to anything. If nothing works out here I will probably go for a fujiwara or something. Something not widely available or somehow interesting makes for a better gift I think.

I have forgecraft blanks but currently don't have my **** together enough in the handle department to get anything done before he is gone.
