Just wanted to introduce myself to the masses. My name is David and I live in Connecticut. I'm not a professional chef , but consider myself an excellent home chef. I've always loved to cook and try new things and have recently been honing my knife skills. I finally decided to take the plunge and purchase a Japanese knife. I've always used the typical American and German brands. I purchased The Kohetsu Aogami 240mm Gyuto from Mark at **************. Haven't received it yet, so no review, but looking forward to doing some chopping!
