A late greetings to everyone here. This site came recommended to me by an acquaintance who is a knife enthusiast. Everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable so far (in my Gyuto thread), while respecting each other's opinions. Much appreciation for that, as I am a new addict.
Looking through some of Dave's work across the site and I already want to send in a knife I don't even own yet. Kudos to him for great work.
