    Thickness of knives?

    At some point wasn't there a thread where people compiled a chart of sorts with measurements from different gyutos and other knives....or am I just imagining that?....anybody have a link if I'm not going crazy....ryan

    I thought it was someone either startingt to make knives or someone asking about how thick a gyuto was and then people starting measuring all of theirs in different spots along the blade and someone compiled all the info....ryan

    was that the thread with a whole bunch of the choil shots of various knives? if so, I think that was from 3-4 years ago at KF
