Hello guys and girls...
My name is gera im 24 from israel....
Working at a successful restaurant here in israel..
In the past few months i got into the knife area and i love it so much..love sharp and great steel knives.
Currently i have 2 knives that i bought for my restaurant work.
A Yaxell Ran 69 layers 8" chefs knife and a Yaxell Ran 5".
I have a lot to learn about kitchen knives and all the stuff around it, and hope this is the place for me
