Greetings all.
Just found this forum. I'm active on BF (pocket knives were first) and lurked on Freds Cutlery Forum (anybody know what happened to that?)

Splitting my low funds to different hobbies (just finished my undergrad...I'm broke.). Most of my knives tend to fall into the utilitarian price range (Tojiro, Richmond, Mac, K-sabatier, etc). I'm a big fan of carbon steel in kitchen knives and have been eyeing new slicers recently (French carbon probably).

For pocket knives I like Spyderco and Cold Steel (traid lock converted me).

Been cooking since I was in middle school. I tend to like the modern guys: Rene, Chang, Arnold, Wiley, Achatz to name a few.

Now for some food!!!
