Help ID'ing my first cleaver!
New to the forum here! Have always been interested in kitchen knives and have recently started looking for them in antique stores. I picked this up today but have no idea what it is. It has markings, one of which looks like an arrow through a gear. That arrow marking is repeated on the metal handle. Any idea what it is and how to use/care for it?
looks like a very high quality chinese chopper used in food prep. actually a very great find.--cranky72
