Hey guys, been working as a line cook for 9 years now in ottawa, canada. Figured it's about time to get my own set of high quality knives and this forum seems like a great place for me to learn about everything. Glad to be a member here and hopefully I will become active and learn some new skills related to my job!

Yup, I got a HHH production, and I got in on the most recent dt itk run. Also bought a knife roll and 3 stones.

Next on the list is a Nakiri.
