Hi everyone!

Been a lurker for a while and figured it's time to jump in and get a couple of nice kitchen knives. I've been into folding knives but looking to learn more about Japanese kitchen knives and properly using the sharpening stones. My wallet hurts already :).

Welcome to KKF! Yeah, the wallet hurting isnt going to go away either, It just gets worse and worse haha.

Maybe when the summer comes we can still do the Swiss KKF GTG BBQ bringing our kits? Must be more than 4 members from Switzerland on this forum.
