If I were in a market for gyuto I would take it immediately. This is a rare occasion for us EU guys - no import TAX.

Just out of curiosity - what steel is the blade and what material is the handle?

Oh, and what size it is?
 
Somebody is going to be very happy. If it were not for my 210 Tanaka R2 ... and my wife ... I would just go for it :)
