    Masamoto. Fabled history. Long, lean emoto and profile with a grind to match.
    Flat edge great for push cutting and slicing. More variances from knife to knife

    Ginga. Laser'ish. Reported nice grind for it's class. Profile more suited for all around board work. Decent fit, finish and consistency.

    You choose.
