Mr. Dave Martell Thank You for providing this forum.

I found this forum due to purchasing An edge in the kitchen by Chad Ward. I purchased the book in hopes to learn more about Kitchen knives and cutting angles for kitchen knives. Specifically about the preferred angle depending on use. Chefs , paring , boning Etc. I am sure you ALL know what I am trying to say.

I am a Maine guide and a Carpenter. I have a reasonable amount of skill in sharpening plane irons and chisels.
Sporting knives and broadheads.

I am starting a quest to learn MORE about sharpening.

I also expect to add to my list of sharping equipment.
I have been looking at both the Edge Pro as well as the Wicked Sharp systems / Sharpeners.

I am also searching for training seminars.

I think I have rambled on enough.
