Up for sale, is another one of my Masamoto KS series knife. It's also in excellent condition. I barely used this knife, but it's super sharp at slicing anything. I have a Sujihiki that i just use more. So, This knife have been sitting around, that make me decide to sell it. I actually want to sell them and save up to buy some other knife.

Do you find the blade "chippy" at al when going through fish bones?

Yanagi should never contact fish bones. Only to be used (technically speaking) on boneless filets. Anything with bones is the realm of the deba.

Whoops! This was supposed to be on Huw's thread. (Kenichi Deba) A co-worker has a white steel Deba that was super chippy...I'm assuming something MC put up wouldn't be the same.
