I am selling the Mario 240mm Watanabe gyuto from this thread. http://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/showthread.php/16522-1-of-2-for-sale which is the same knife as this thread before it. http://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/s...steel-Gyuto-w-custom-handle-by-Mario-Ingoglia
There were several things not mentioned and that didn't show up in the pictures that were sent to me that I think should be mentioned and affect the price.

There is a good amount of scratching on the blade, and there is some shrinkage evident on the handle. Not a problem, you can just feel the ledges caused by wood shrinking at different rates. All of these can be fixed rather easily if you wish. The real reason I am selling this is because the emoto is so short. I prefer a longer emoto. This is just personal preference.

Also the spine and choil rounding is stellar.

I paid $380 but due to the Heavy use I am asking for $350 as paypal gift, CONUS shipping included.

So I was not aware of the change in BST rules regarding Paypal. You are required to use the goods and services option. So Same price of $350 Shipped conus and I'll eat the pay pal fees.

Well this is a smoking hot deal!

Sounds like a few minutes with a few progressions of sandpaper will land someone a better than new Mario Watanabe!!
