This has been bouncing around in my kitchen and not getting the love it deserves for a while.
It is one of the prototype blades from the first batch of paring knives I made. There is no HHH mark on this blade. But I will mark it per customer request B4 sending.
The tip has been fixed once. there is normal wear and scuffs on blade and handle from use. Nothing notable.
I just sharpened/made some mud sharpening it up. Its now a kitchen scalpel again.
Handles are Curly Koa, with 2 mosaic pins securing them.
Blade shape is the wharncliff style.
I will take a picture of this one and post here in a few. I did find stock photos of the batch this knife came from as a example.
the OAL of this knife is 60mm or 6 1/4" Blade on the edge is approx 55mm or 2 1/8" AEB-L at RC 61
