I picked up a santoku knife from a local goodwill today, figured it would be neat to try, the brand symbol is the number 9 inside of an o or 0, the blade seems pretty sharp and the knife is very light weight, made of Japanese stainless steel. Does anyone know what brand this is, is it a good brand?
