I'm open to a reasonably wide price range and smiths/brands, but nothing crazy expensive like a Harner. Much prefer full carbon, might consider SS cladded, but not likely.
Still considering a few new ones as well, but would love to see what this thread brings and quite likely prefer to find something this way at this point.
Also, I have a Shun Classic 6 inch Chef's knife and a Global GS-38 Paring knife in very good shape that have never seen a professional kitchen that I'd be open to trade either fully or in partial payment for one.
