Hi everybody. Got interested in Chef's knives about a year ago when i bought a friend a Damascus clad Shun vg10 chef's knife. Wrongfully thinking that they were easy to make i set out to build one. Boy was i wrong, and eventually started making them and have been enthusiastic about them ever since.
