My boy Butch has come through, yet again! First up is a 235x57mm CTS-XHP K-Tip Gyuto, with maple burl handle. This one has Butch's fantastic grind, workmanship, and the distinctive Harner look. The regular price for this one would be $650, but for KKF members, the price is $610.

This is a beastly prep monster, with that Classic Harner thin grind BTE. Sure to kill it for anyone!

Next up is a Harner Mini-Mini Gyuto (gyuto shaped petty). These are perfect knives for plating, cramped quarters, and home use, for a quick meal. Again, classic Harner! This one is also CTS-XHP, 135x44mm, with a cedar burl handle. Price on this badboy is $235, shipped.

As you can see, the profile/blade height on this is awesome for board, and nice tip work.

I love that mini. I've been looking for a line knife shaped something like a honesuki and that Harner looks perfect. Maybe even a few mm longer. Will there be any more for sale?

It was such a mystery apparently no one knew (well apparently someone knew since it's sold) :)

Here are a couple other line knife beauties by my boy, Butch. These are available NOW!

Both of these are CTS-XHP Stainless, with a length of 210mm, and heel height of 40mm. The handle is cocobolo for the full tang and locust and cedar burl for the wavy wa.

Price on these is reduced for a "Spring (is coming) Sale".

$400 for the Western, and $525 for the insane wa.

I got to handle one of those line knives last Fall. If I had a small space to work in and could no longer use 240+ gyutos one of Butch's western-handled 210 line knives would be my go-to knife. Great blade profile and grind, great balance, comfortable handle and no worrying about acidic foods. Congrats in advance to whoever snags these.

Wavy Wa is available, again. Here's your chance!

Wavy Wa is now $500, shipped....

Mine (western) came a few days ago and it qualifies as a "if I could only have one knife" knife. Love mine. Whoever snags this one will be really stoked.

Butch has had a absolutely stunning 12.5" suji come available. This one is made with random pattern 1080 and 15n20 damascus, by HHH aka. Randy Jr, the mad genius. This kind of knife doesn't come up very often. While all of Butch's work is truly world-class, he occasionally puts out "Premium" pieces, just like this. If you have an anniversary, or grand opening coming up, this one would be the perfect way to kick it off!

I also have a Harner boner in CTS-XHP available for $375. It was supposed to go to my site a long time ago, and I ended up burying it, by mistake. I don't have a pic on my phone, but can get one on Thursday, for any interested parties. Again, a kick ass blade....

Thanks!

Tom,

Can't quite tell how this guy was forged on this pic. What's the story? Forged to shape bolster?
The damascus billet came from Randy Haas and Butch asked for a portion to be left forged thick for the bolster. Butch ground the knife from the bar but didn't forge it.

I think that's a Yanagiba not a suji, it is killer

I'd like to see pics of the boning knife, mine had an accident and might not be the same when I get it back.

Huw, you are correct; It is a yanagi, with an ura. Oops. I'm somewhat sleep-deprived, and dumb. Haha. Thanks for pointing it out. :)
