Amboynia is quickly becoming a favorite wood of mine. Looks great on that nakiri. Is that your first nakiri?
 
I like the damascus pattern on the first one, with the redwood and maple.
 
Damn Del! Those are nice! The new Gyuto is my favorite so far! Great work.
 
I have stored away my few gyutos and rely on my el-cheapo nakiri and cleaver these days. Your nakiri is pretty sweet -- wish it was in my price range :-(
 
Good looking knives. I really like the steel on them, especially the first two.

Holy smokes, that nakiri looks great! Really makes me wish for a few extra fistfulls of spending money....
 
Really nice Del. I've always liked black palm used in that way.
