got my cast iron skillet ready to go..

any interesting tips to make it heads and shoulders above rest?

i think i will sear one side, and broil the other to avoid the flipping nightmare..i want to make a dressed up adult version, sans ketchup.

cough up the secrets you pros!! i'm new to this..
 
I'm curious to hear some of these too. I am a sucker for really good corned beef hash "tis the season. :)
 
i'm gonna use soft boiled eggs instead of poached as well. easier. and cool looking.
 
meat onion garlic red potatoes fresh italian parsley, with sunny side eggs that were cooked on the cast iron in bacon grease, cant go wrong. fresh cracked peppercorn medley on top and your favorite hot sauce.
