Is this knife a Tsukiji Masamoto or Sohonten Masamoto?

Wondering if i should buy this knife. Hard to tell what it is though. The symbols don't like like anything else ive seen for sale. Cheers.

ps. sorry about the image download. new to posting stuff on forums.

looks like sohonten to me. blade looks a bit rough too, but pic isn't exactly great

Tsukiji will have a small character enclosed within a circle between the kanji inscription and the handle.

yeah, it has that symbol with the circle on the back. thats the thing, it looks like a sohonton on the front. although not sure about that extra kanji above the masamoto symbol, looks like nothing ive ever seen on their knives. same with tsukiji masamoto. here is the symbol on the back.

That would make sense. It is used. The person selling it bought it used as well. Trying to figure out if its a good deal not. He's asking 250. Just dont know what kind of steel it is or anything.

Do you have any better pics of the back side (urasaki) if a knife like this from multiple owners with unknown sharpening abilities, it would be helpful to see how much its worn. Having said that I don't know where else you'll find a 300mm Takohiki for that price.
