My good friend just got promoted to sous at my old restaurant and he is realizing that he can't hang with all the fish butchery with his current kit that includes a wonky global yanagi. He's interested in a 270 yanagi and a 180-210 deba (lots of hamachi, snapper, salmon, etc. medium to large fish). I told him I'd try my luck here at finding him something affordable. He's looking at $200 roughly per knife or less if possible. Let me know if you have anything that fits the bill. Thanks!
