Marko Tsourkan 225mm (practice) Gyuto in 52100. This knife is barley used has a light patina on it. This is one of the thinner grind knifes but has very little flex and is the current heat treatment. Handle is cocobolo, nickel silver spacer , and horn. This is a great cutter especially for precision work. Asking $320.
