    Hello from Brazil

    Hello Guys,

I was looking for info about Zwilling Kramer knives and found this forum. As a knife afficionate, more than the info I was looking for I found lots and lots of interesting stuff with high level discussion.

    Thanks and hello

    Hello!

Nice to meet you! I'm from Brasilia. At which city do you sharpen your knives?

    Hello Marcelo,

I am in Sao Paulo area. I used to sharp my knives by myself. Normally with stones. If necessary, I use a #400 grit and then a #1200 grit stone. I don´t use the finer grit stones, like #6000 or #8000 to polish the edge.

    Regards
