I have a few knives I'm looking to sell, need to clear some room. I will get some pics up when I get a bit more time, but I'd like to get the ball rolling
First is a Gesshin Heiji 240 mm semi stainless Wa Gyuto, purchased from here on the BST. It's from this thread, http://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/showthread.php/17122-FS-Gesshin-Heiji-Semi-Stainless-Gyuto-275l
I have spent quite a few hours thinning, and got the performance back to a decent level, it is not perfect, but is now quite serviceable. Asking what I Paid $275 + 1/2 the shipping from Aus.
Next is a 240mm Sakai Ichimonji kichikuni Honyaki Wa Gyuto, from this thread
http://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/showthread.php/16608-Your-Chance-To-Own-A-Honyaki?highlight=Ichimonji this knife is an excellent performer, it has a slight bow in the blade, and a few F&F issues with the handle, takes and holds a great edge and one of the nicest cutting knives I've tried, right handers only.
Asking $400 +1/2 shipping from Aus
Devin Thomas ITK AEBL suji, around 263 on the edge great condition asking $500 + 1/2 shipping.
Shiraki 210mm Deba, bought this from Carter cutlery, I'm pretty sure it's white #1 its a very robust knife, a bit big for me asking $400+ 1/2 shipping I had originally put it up for sale but withdrew it. Here is the original linkhttp://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/showthread.php/16709-FS-brand-new-kenichi-Shiraki-214mm-Kasumi-Deba?highlight=Shiraki its seen some Light use since that time
That's it for now,
I can email pics, but won't have a chance to upload for a few days.
Thanks for looking
