it is not in stock form as i have put on my own grind, the geometry it has on it now is a balance of cutting performance and food release.
octagon handle is olivewood ferrule/dark ziricote body, wonderful feeling stuff.
be aware this is not a 'pristine' item, has been used with a lot of love in a professional environment.

is my 2nd favorite knife, but i've decided i want another of my #1 as a backup.

i borrowed this knife from panda and i must say it cuts better than i expected. its a good all around gyuto with a nice handle.
