Is this aogami steel?

There are three types of aogami (1 - 2 and super). Also the heat treat is very important. The smith is more important compared to the type of steel used, agree with Tim on this!
 
I know that there is 3 types. But this Aogami #2 is almost ~50% cheaper then from other sellers. In same website aogami #2 yanagiba 270mm and deba 150mm cost 200 USD...

I'm not saying its bad quality, but I suspect the work might have been done in a worry in order to keep the price low. Maybe another user here has some experience with these knives?
